At Step2, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; keep your tracking number handy for updates.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
